All you need to do is drop in a plastic garbage bag and the stand will hold the bag open for you while you fill it. When your done filling the plastic bag just tie the bag off and lift the stand over the tied off bag. Then simply drop in an empty bag again and wrap it around the stand to start over again. It’s that simple.
